How do I sign up?
Simply click the "Register" button on the homepage to register online through Active.com. If you would rather register through the postal service, download the registration form and pledge forms below, print and return to Cancer Services with your check made payable to Cancer Services.

Is my registration fee tax-deductible?
Yes, Cancer Services is a registered non-profit organization and all registration fees and pledges are fully tax-deductible.

Are the routes different than the 2010 routes?
No, we got great feedback from last year's slightly updated routes so we are doing the same routes this year!

Will there be SAG support on all routes?
Yes, there will be support following the last rider on each course. Please be prepared for simple repairs (flats, chain jumps, etc.) on your own by carrying tubes, patch kits and a pump. SAG support will remain on course until the last rider completes each route or until 2:00, whichever comes first.

What if it snows or if there is an ice storm?
In the event of snow and/or ice, the ride will be canceled.

If the event is canceled, will it be rescheduled?
Should the event be canceled, there are no plans to reschedule. Pre-registered cyclists will receive their shirt and water bottle should the ride be canceled. The ride is planned for the six months prior to New Year's Day and asking ride volunteers and coordinators to commit to an unknown "rain date" is not feasible. There is an outside chance that the ride will be rescheduled, without support, for later in January - stay tuned to this Web site for the most current information.

How do you get to Our House?
Our House is located just across the street from South Fork Elementary on Country Club Road in Winston-Salem. Since the Our House address is somewhat obscure for MapQuest or Google, use the school's street address for driving directions. South Fork Elementary's address is 4332 Country Club Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.

What do I get for participating in the ride?
Pre-registered cyclists will receive an event t-shirt and other goodies from our sponsors. Cyclists that register after December 18 will receive t-shirts and goodies as supplies last. In previous years, we mailed t-shirts out to all participants, a tradition we hope to continue as long as it does not detract from our main objective to raise support for the awesome work of Cancer Services.
